    Full-Service clients may send requests as they arise, including evenings and weekends, recognizing that real estate transactions don’t always operate on a 9–5 schedule. This level of service reflects increased availability, responsiveness, and operational involvement, which is why it is priced at a premium.

  • Standard Contract-to-Close is designed for agents who want structured, compliance-focused transaction support during normal business hours.

    This service includes:

    • Transaction management from contract to close

    • Document organization, review, and submission for compliance

    • Deadline and contingency tracking

    • Status updates and milestone reminders

    Standard Service Availability:
    Support is provided Monday–Friday during normal business hours. Requests received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day unless there is a true transaction emergency (e.g., same-day deadline risk, closing disruption).

    This service assumes the agent remains more hands-on with inspections, scheduling, and after-hours communication. It is ideal for agents who want reliable transaction oversight while maintaining control over timing and communication.

Hi, I’m Laurie Snyder — the founder of The Organized Real Estate Agent, Transaction Coordination and Administrative Services. My journey in real estate has been shaped by two things I’ve always loved: creating beautiful, functional spaces through home staging and design, and helping clients through some of the biggest transitions of their lives.
Over the years, working in both design and real estate taught me something important: every successful transaction depends on details, communication, and a calm, organized process behind the scenes. I realized the same skills I used to make homes feel inviting — attention to detail, creativity, structure, and flow — were the same skills required to manage contracts, deadlines, and coordination with care. That’s how Snyder TC Services was born: a place where my design-minded eye for detail meets my passion for guiding clients and agents through smooth, stress-free transactions.
My goal is simple: to support agents with their transaction coordination needs and by helping taking the pressure off, keeping everything organized, and ensuring every client feels confident and taken care of from start to finish.
